thanks fares ;)

well once this week is over, i am really going to look into it, it is so simple, email the link to one of the human rights groups working there and let them research it and do what ever they want with it...atleast we gave them a heads up...

Don't worry masreyah...it's not only the egyptians....it's the whole messed up version of an umma that we have now...everyone has a part in it...if they are not helping improve the process, they are part of the problem...

ya he will keep kissing their butts till the cows go home. So you can feel assurred he won't upset US or Israel for that matter.

And Masreyah, don't worry, I saw something else on youttube...when someegyptian guy, no clue who he is and dont care, was justifying that men can and should hit women when they dont listen. HE tried quoting some verses from the queran and twisting them to prove his point....this was on youtube...now you imagine the responses of people, muslims and otherwise...

Unfortunately people are so dis-empowered in the Middle East...some countries worse than others. Anyone with a bit of authority can decree themselves supreme over a weaker person...case in point the cop in the video.

We really need more media coverage...not enough attention is brought to the forefront. Youtube and the like are first direct unregulated media platform. It's not mainstream but it's give us some access...

i dont know much about egypt honestly..but if its an oppressive government..do you think it will honestly make a difference at this very moment?....I know if there is enough people they have a voice...but most people that do care are the ones suffering who get the shorter end of the stick (nas ghalaaba)...and won't be heard anyway over the voice of a government official like this loser.

Unbelievable, what is wrong with these people. A3ozebellah. Walahi people have no compassion or hearts anymore. Tariq, I completley agree, human rights should have more of a presence in these countires, they have no idea what human rights are...maybe one day inshallah we can all make a difference!!
