Mandatory pre-marital medical check-ups will go into effect in Qatar starting December 13, Gulf Times has reported.
Couples will undergo a series of tests for infectious diseases including:
-HIV,
- Hepatitis and
-genetic and hereditary ailments to prevent them from giving birth to children with complicated diseases, deformities or abnormalities.
