Has anyone seen that car? It looks like a Ferrari yet costs only 40k brand new. I checked out Ebay Motors and used ones are selling for around 35k. I first saw it 2 almost 2 years ago at a beach town and, man, it drew a crowd.

I know that you can't use it as an every day car but I'm wondering if it is reliable enough even as a toy car.

this car is slightly bigger then a go cart.. if you are 5'8 plus, it will be hard for you to get in and out.... it looks good but 2 small for me..

Dude ... Don't go by the 41k figure - it runs you into the 50's. Which is still a bargain.
I have smoked porches, wrx'x, you name it. At the 4.7s level, it becomes more about shifting than anything else.

Very nice looking car

They are reliable. However they have their issues. Luckily none so far that will leave you stranded, but some that may annoy you. Your best bet is to check out some lotus and elise forums to find out the details.

However, from an enthusiast standpoint, they are rockstars in need a little more power.

Having a Toyota motor, it's a reliable car. I have a few friends w/ them, so far it's been relatively worry-free.
