Uhhhhh, Inshallah I don't get bigger like you guys...I'm trying to get SMaLLeR :) I'm going to the organic whole foods store today so I'll write all this out and check it out today. They have an aisle dedicated to all this stuff there.

that's a good whey protein, but i prefer cyto sport's ultimate whey b/c it has less calories than the GS and more of the branch chain amino acids essential for optimum muscle growth.
also, try acai juice, it's loaded w/different omega's. great for overall health and energy. it's gonna be the next big thing.

I never heard of it eitehr but it seems to be a British company who makes nutritional stuff.

Hey Naz, just make your life easy and take your trainer's advice. If you think what they are telling you is working, than stick with it. If not, time for a tweak, in which case, you can always come back to this.

The choices of protein and vitamins seems to be cheap. i also hate ON, as its a cheap & nasty. whey will give u the protein without the carbs so u wont have to worry about gaining weight.

Its also important to have a well balanced diet and eat the right foods at the times (i.e. a cheese stuffed-crust pizza on the sofa before you sleep).

I swear by CNP now, and i would recommend u switch to Pro Vital by CNP to replace your seeds, oil and vitamins and get a good whey drink from them too.

I think a scoop of whey protein (20g for women, 35-40g for men) after your workouts are definitely a necessity. Especially if you are looking for a little muscle tone. I don't like Optimum Nutrition (ON) but most people seem to think it doesn't matter what kind of protein powder you use.
