Needless to say, that the scheme didn't deliver results. Has it occurred to anyone yet that talent cannot be measured? The makers of this scheme should stop their obsession with measurement of talent. It does not instill joy for learning or an ability to adapt to circumstances. Isn't it time to let Teachers redefine learning? Perhaps this doesn't teach everyone the same facts and figures but it nurture confidence and innovation.
