your so right, there is not much into out there for pushtoons.........as i would know because im usually trying ot keep abreast of puktoon affaris and also when you guys speak of personalities and historical events, then im completly at a loss.

Bacha Khan baba was buried in Jalalabad because he did not want to be buried in a slave country plus he wanted to be a bridge between the Pushun communities of Afg and Pak. Also, he had natural affection for Afghanistan because when he was born, Pukhtunkhua was still part of Afg. Also, in his 99 years life, he spent 52 years in jail and exile and close to 3 decades of that exile were spent in Afg.

I am glad you guys like my website.

But unfortunately I have not been able to update it. Like I was telling Salman the other day, this time I visit Peshawar, I am going to hire a professional to update this site and keep it updated.

That brings me to something I have been thinking about for a while. I am thinking of setting up a "E-Pushtun Historical Society" so that we can put more information about Pushtuns on the net. Its so sad when you can't find any info about Pushtun history and personalities on the web. Just the other day I was researching for an article on Palay Shah and unfortunately on the entire www there are like three very small reference to him. There is no specific info on major personalties like Zarak Khan, Darya Khan Afridi, Amir Karoor etc.

Let me combine my posts into one. this website seems pretty good: www.bachakhan.com

He was a politician, traditional pakhtoon man, he died at almost 100 years of age. I think he was with the idea of having pakhtoonkhua. His son Wali Khan died last year. www.bachakhan.com
