Gator luck to continue....why not


As much as Peyton deserves to win it all, da bears have a lot to prove too. Bears are not the most exciting team to watch(unless u r a bears fan), but its defense that wins games(ask coach green.."the bears were who we thought they were.."). So, i know its the SB and everyone wants to prove their worth by winnin it, but really, who has more to prove, Manning and the Colts or Rex and the Bears? Rex sure will need his lucky gator-charms though(H).

Dood, i just want it to get me to football season. Last year, My Mets took me well into October and it was a huge distraction to football!

Sure I will join in.. I love baseball but that damn season is way too long .. real fun starts in august or after summer ..
Hockey Sucks ???? Its one real Man sport come on... not as good as FB but i sure love it..

Cuz hockey sucks. Everything sucks except football! Join my MLB village if you like baseball although that places is deader than a grave yard!

How do we know Urlacher doesn't get locked up for drug charges or rape or something like that during the week????

Yeah I cant but .. considering they all are Pros and its the biggest game of the year, it is safe to assume every one will give their best shot and thats why hype goes away...

If we are talking about season than its true Urlacher was some what hyped but when it is Super bowl, one time show, I dont think any one will be hype, every one will try to bring their A game.. some doubts about Rex though :) ..
if its not for national signing day excitment, these two weeks are so dead for sports fan !!

Yeah. He's like Ray Lewis is now. Lewis ain't the best player on that team no more but he's still the leader.

Urlacher might be bit of a hype like many others but he is emotional leader in that team, and so far been playing alright !!

Oh and Briggs has now been their best LB I wanna say 3 straight seasons but maybe I'm mistaken and its 2.

He's over rated. He's the great white hype. You're a bear fan who is caught up in the hype. The rest of us are realistic fans of the game who understand who the real players are beyond their marketing value. Lance Briggs is the best LB on that team. Case closed.

O briggs had a gr8 yr no doubt, but its no 54 who ends up makin big plays like total sacks or ints. agreed he had no sacks yr long, cuz he was duin more pass coverage than blitzin-u saw him cover bush in one play, hes tht versatile.

Urlacher had 141 total tackles (92 solo). Briggs had 130 total (109 solo). You tell me who's better.

urlacher is hype...for jerome bettis, YES. for every1 else, he is a 260somethin pounder wid athletic abilities who ends up bein a part of almost every play-ask colston.

I think the bears run defense is very suspect, especially when compared to that secondary. Urlacher is the most over rated LB ever. If he wasn't white, you wouldn't think much of him. They are trying to sell him off like he's Dick Butkus. He's not even the best LB on his team! Lance Briggs is!

Amir: hell yeah 375 yards is a lot! And to give that type of yardage up in snow and freezing temperatures is even worse! That being said, they made the plays they needed to make to win. If you cause 4 turnovers and only make 1 and have only 1 penalty in a game, you better win, dominant defense or not!
