I heard just recently that he was at a fundraiser for the CAI here in Jersey as well a few months back. Had I known, I would definitely have attended. I think the cause of the CAI is fantastic and I loved reading "Three Cups of Tea"...extremely inspirational! Insh'allah I too want to begin taking steps towards building schools and especially medical facilities in rural areas of South Asia (more so because for most of us, our bloodlines originate from that part of the world).

Undertaking humanitarian efforts on the international scale is our duty as human beings for the greater good of fellow Mankind. The world is growing smaller and smaller by the day.
