This might be a very stupid request, especially with Mirza sahib's picture being the icon of Talkhiyan village but, could somebody explain the last shair of Yeh na thi hamaari qismat

Yeh masaail-e tasawuf, yeh tera beyaan ghalib
Tujhe hum wali samajhtey, jo na baada khwaar hota

Does it mean that Ghalib if you weren't drunk all the time we would consider you to be a Wali?

well, because - normally these tassauf things have "deeper" meanings beyond the obvious.
