Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu
Narrated by Abu Qatada (Radhiallaho anho):
Allah's Messenger (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam)said, "A good dream that comes true is from Allah, and a bad dream is from Satan, so if anyone of you sees a bad dream, he should seek refuge with Allah from Satan and should spit on the left, for the bad dream will not harm him."
Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol. 9 : No. 115
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said "Pass on knowledge from me even if it is only one verse"

If I remember any dream, be it good or bad, I always pray 'Oh Allah, if there is any good in this dream then please bring it forth, and if there is any bad in this dream then please keep it away and please let me recognise that which is good, embrace it and shun that which is bad - Ameen'
