I would becareful posting such spiritual prescriptions, because sometimes one can do harm to themselves with the wrong "medication".
Unless you are a sheikh with the knowledge, wisdom and spiritual authority to administer spiritual prescriptions, I would refrain from posting them for all to use.
It is advisable that is a person is suffering that they visit their spiritual sheikh to receive a prescription that is tailored to what THEY need.

And after many many years of browsing fiqh and hadith books, I never found neither what he advised me to do..nor do I recall finding what u'r advisign us to do here, sis.
