Well 7/7/07 is not in the past so we shall see! I think that's when it will be released - there were rumors flying around about oit.

this book should have been released on 7/7/07 - that would've been cool..

I've read two theories, one that Hallows refers to place (s) Harry will encounter as he goes about finding the 7 horcuxes of Voldermorts soul and two its about a connection to the place Harry's mom and dad died.

I think its a combination of the two, the "deathly" part coming in the final battle scene of the sieres.
