are those real?
OK....since the village picture has been changed, i gotta ask.. are those really someone's abs.. and if so... can i get on whatever plan your on?? lol
the thing about abs is that not only do u have to work em out everyday..and abs are a muscle set you can hit literally every day..the other tuff part is the diet..
And yes, I agree, leg workouts really make your stomach queezy. Especially squats and leg presses. I don't really hit calves hard though. I do 4 sets of calf raises as my last leg exercise.
I do 4 bicep exercises (concentration curls-4 sets, barbel curl-4 sets, preacher curls-3 sets, incline curls-3 sets). Which should I cut out and to how low???
5 tricep exercises (ropes-6 sets I start light, bar pulldown-4 sets, skull crushers-3 sets, french press-4 sets, close grip bench press-4 sets).
Both parts are trained the same day once a week (about 1:45 mnutes total time). And yes, I am often out of steam.
Claves are very stubborn muscles to grow as we walk on them carrying our own body weight most of the day. They need to be train separate then legs because good leg workout cam make your stomach queezy and really no room to train anything else, 20sets for biceps or triceps , is too much , they are smaller muscles 6-9 sets are plenty , My workout srae usually 30-45 minutes and mostly I run out of steam within 30-45 minutes. You may also want to take soem cort blocker supplements as over training can cause your cortisol level to imbabalnce.
Zee: Heres my dilemma. I was doing arms on THursdays but it is my longest workout by far. Close to 2 hours. And on Thursdays, I need to be out of the gym by 7:45 and it wasn't happening so I moved it to Tuesday. Also because that is the only day I dont do cardio and I rather not do Cardio earlier in the week. Anyway, after football season is over, I'll go back to moving it towards the end.
LP, Most people dont use full range of motion on arms and also focus more on biceps then triceps, Triceps are bigger part of arm so you should focus more on that , it may not be the case with you but arms do get lot of indirect workout while training chest and back. Training once a week with 6-9 sets of intense full range of motion always works. changing excercises will help as well.
Eventhough I worked preacher curls today, do it again at end of back day? Damn. Thats tomorrow! And as for dips. Use 2 benches or that machine thing that drops you up and down?
ok, Here is what you should do , Add 3-4 sets of preacher curls with dumbells day you train back at end of workout , but strict 6-10 reps to maximum failure,
add 3-4 sets of Dips at end of chest workout.
Zee: Its been 2 weeks and 2 days. I am still waiting on the post workout drink. Took me forever to find it and when I did, it was back ordered. But I got an e-mail today that it is being shipped. But for the most part, things are coming along well. I just hope hitting each body part once a week is enough. I'm mainly concerned about my arms. Everything else will shape up soon but my arms are what I could never build. I been working tri's and bi's together like you said. ALmost a 2 hour workout! I just hope it pays off. So far, not so sure I'm doing the right exercises that are benefiting me the most.

Also, whats wrong with working calves with legs?
Back, chest , legs , shoulders/calves, arms
add 3-4 sets of Dips at end of chest workout.
