Cordially invite you to the 3rd Community Health Fair

First Medical Care, Inc
2536 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA 30033
Services available will be Physician Consultation, EKG, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar Monitoring, Routine Blood Tests, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Lipid Profile, Metabolic Panel & PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) for $5(five) each.
Representatives from major pharmaceutical companies will also be present.
Please do not eat or drink for 12 hours except water. Prescription medication should be taken and people with diabetes should not fast.
DIRECTIONSTake I-285 Take Exit 38 (Lawrenceville Highway/US 29) go 0.7 mile inside 285 First Medical Care is on the right side after Brusters Ice cream & before AutoZone
