Can a Just-a-Muslim be a shia, or can a sunni be Just-a-Muslim?

I think Latmiya is what Nauha is called in Arabic if I am not mistaken...or atleast iit is a lot similar to Nauha more in tune I guess. Correct me if I am wrong guys!
