Logically speaking the kid is just a kid but the teacher really acted irrationally in the above situation..... I mean how could he just send the child out of the class in the first place..... even if he was hitting his peers...... you can always talk and use a firm tone at max in case u can't do without.... I mean sending your student out of class is not helping him anyways!?!?!?!?!
Teacher's job is not an easy task.... you have to be a responsible person to be shapin the future generations....
But its good to see that the teacher did realise his mistake and is looking forward to correct himself.
Masha Allah. That is a very touching story. It is true, teachers should make the effort to know about their students in order to help them achieve success. I remember having a student who was the lowest in the class. Even though he was better behaved than some of the others, it frustrated me when he came to class with incomplete work or had not memorized any of the lessons. I would send letter after letter to his parent but always no response. I finally met his mom one day and found out she never helped him with his homework nor did she have any kind of english background. While I never lost my temper with him in class, if I had known he had no access to help, I would have given him extra attention in class.
