A web designer is required having a track record of creating websites using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver & graphical work like logos, brochures, business cards, intros, presentation etc. Should have good knowledge of HTML & CSS.

Who has written CCNA recently? Can you update us on the new format of the exam. How you studies for it? What resources you used? Testking etc.
Also, anyone here with any other Cisco certification, please do the same and share the knowledge

No problem...always glad to help! No, I'm not a CCNA. True @ expensive, but I still find Humber's prices very competitive. I completed a course in SQL Server 2000 from Ryerson for $950 and now Humber is offering practically the same thing for only $360-ish. Some people tend to go for a full certification because its always an add-on bonus to your resume, so I guess you'll have to see the pros and cons on whether you should go for all 4 modules or if you're better off just taking a few of the modules depending on what you need to build on. You can actually complete the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) program at Humber (provided you're from the area ofcourse!). Scheming through the village journals here I have come to realize that the participants here are quite experienced and are filled with techy wisdom. Now as a fresh anticipating grad with no tangible experience in the IT industry, I am finding a hard time landing successful entry level job :P . My interest lies in database, web application development, Java (J2EE) and Network .
Now beside posting your resumes on the hottest job board, attending career fairs, networking, and targeting companies is there other advise you seniors have?
Most of the job posts that I encounter require at least 1 yr of experience.
