I dunno why people love NYC that much, i personally hate that city. It is overcrowded, everything is expensive, more taxes, schools are running with tons of immigrant kids... NYC is really for those who are newcomers, after a while people venture out to the rest of the country. I have never been a "Big city" guy, i like smaller cities like Seattle and Dallas.
Texas is a good state to be in. It is better economically with no state level income taxes. I personally like Seattle.. Since i am a Dual US/Canada citizen, it's cool to live close to Canada.
